GAME FORMAT
5 on 5
half court
1 hour time slot
player/goalie positions rotate each game day
volunteer parents co-coach the teams
parents are to be available at all times to assist their child

CSA approved helmet with full facial protector
name on helmet front/back
hockey gloves
hockey stick - no plastic stick or blade
protective shin pads
indoor running shoes
water bottle with extended tip
name on bottle
gym pants or gym shorts with socks
jersey (league supplied)

GOALIE EQUIPMENT
league supplies goalie equipment
each child will have the opporunity to choose to play in goal
